Lucien Le Moine is a boutique négociant based in Beaune, Burgundy, founded in 1999 by Mounir Saouma and Rotem Brakin. Dedicated exclusively to producing small quantities of Grands and Premiers Crus from the Côte d’Or, Lucien Le Moine is renowned for its meticulous, hands-on approach to winemaking. Each wine is crafted barrel by barrel, never blended, and aged on its lees in custom oak from Jupilles, with no fining, filtration, or pumping.
