"Fruity, sweet honey, bourbon cask notes, playful mix of rose petals, apples, lightly scorched earth. It comes matured in bourbon barrels, but this time aims to showcase a peaty character that was absent from its predecessor, along with honey, barley and crisp apple notes. With an outturn of approximately 15,000 bottles world wide, it comes non chill filtered and bottled at a higher than normal strength of 50% for maximum flavour." - Tasting Notes
