Description / Reviews
"This Torrontés, with its distinctive character, comes from traditional growing areas in Tupungato, Uco Valley. The 40-year-old vines are trained on trellises at 1,000 meters above sea level, on well-draining sandy loam soils with traditional irrigation. In our vineyards, we do not use herbicides or systemic products, employing agroecological management practices. Harvested around mid-March. Skin maceration for 48 hours. Vinification is protective, at low temperatures, and ferments with indigenous yeasts in small concrete vats. Aging continues in these vats for 6 months." - Matias Riccitelli, Winemaker
