"Super high toned perfume, dark cherry, almost Black Forest cake scents, some white pepper, violet floral lift, some mulberry scents, a touch of salted liquorice. The palate is informed by the bouquet for its descriptors, with a tangy, blood orange squirt in there for good measure. Again, quite lifted and high toned in flavour, and lots of white pepper dashed over it. Fine, river pebble tannins in tow. Good. Potent, character-filled pinot noir.
