"This is a very refreshing champagne that is well balanced and reflects the high percentage of chardonnay used in the blend. There are layers of pear, lemon and mandarin, almonds drizzled with honey and a great depth of brioche. Orange blossom reflects on the nose and leads to a palate of raspberry and new strawberry, followed by green apple and pomelo covered with fine chalk showcasing the fruit from the Côte des blancs.
