Returning to our shelves is a bubbly that has become a perennial favourite for many fervent champagne fans - the NV Brut from Bérêche & Fils!
With history dating all the way back to 1847, this wonderful house is now led by brothers Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche. Their marvelous work in the vineyard and the cellar is fully appreciated when one tries one of their creations, and has become the subject of acclaim from many of France's sommeliers and cellarmasters.
This Brut Réserve, easily one of the best entry-level cuvées from all the great grower houses, is a full-bodied beauty, balancing power and grace masterfully. This was adored by everyone who managed to grab one last time around, and as always with this great producer, we extend a warm recommendation to anyone who has yet to dive in!
