Nomads Garden Prosecco 2023 - $20 on special; $23 RRP

An absolutely brilliant find (vegan friendly) - this is tremendous value for such delicious King Valley fruit, packed with bright tinges of fruit and a classic zesty finish. A no-brainer for satisfying summer drinking! - Our Notes

---

Laurent Breban Brut Blanc de Blancs NV - $21 on special; $24 RRP

"Ugni-Blanc 80% and Colombard 20%. Laurent Breban has a pale yellow color with golden reflections and green tints. Very fresh floral nose with aromas of fresh white fruits, alongside mango and grapefruit. On the palate, it delivers tantalizing, elegant and persistent bubbles. Great balance." - Winemaker Notes

---

Jansz Premium Cuvée NV - $26 on special; $30 RRP

"Long a staple across the festive season, this is always a quality domestic sparkling and this new base is no exception. Best is the integration: creamy and yet fresh; rich yet ethereal. Neither the yeast-derived toastiness, nor the cool climate acidity, sticking out over the other. Scents of autumnal fruits, nuts, brûlee and nougat pulled long and gently saline." - 94 Points, Ned Goodwin MW

---

Juve & Camps Gran Reserva Cava 2018 - $34 on special; $39 RRP

"Our most well-known cava is a Brut Nature made with free-run juice from grapes grown on our Espiells (Can Rius), La Cuscona and Mediona estates. It has a typically pale golden colour, with a rich, elegant nose that begins with ripe white fruit and moves towards the notes that come from ageing: baked goods, toasted bread, spices… On the palate it is extremely seductive, with a fresh, pleasant texture and long finish that is once again reminiscent of white fruit." - Winemaker Notes

---

Stefano Lubiana Grande Vintage 2011 - $78 on special; $89 RRP

"A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir & Chardonnay. An epic wine with 10 years on lees, providing valuable time for the wine to rest and mature constructing complexity and pomp! Layered with nutty, mealy savouriness with fruitlets of cherry and strawberry combining on the palate. Savour this exclusive wine with elegant canapés. Grande Vintage Bruts are produced in a manner that showcases the vintage they were grown in. Only made in exceptional vintages, they are drier, more refined and complex than the non-vintage brut." - Winemaker Notes

Gaston Burtin Brut Champagne NV - $53 on special; $59 RRP

// 24% Pinot Noir, 39% Pinot Meunier, and 37% Chardonnay

Dosage: 8g/L - Base vintage 2018, with 35% reserve wines

"This is a delightful champagne from a House established in 1933. It has great structure and fruitiness with a round texture and lots of freshness. Composed of the 3 classic grapes – the Pinot Noir reflects black and red berries, while the Chardonnay shines with ripe lemons, mandarins, apricots, hints of melon, pineapple and glazed fruits. A layer of fine pastry appears with French patisserie shining through the palate – and honeyed nuts making a statement in the mouth. All of this with spicy undertones and a splendid lingering finish. A most refreshing and delicious non-vintage champagne for the most amazing price! Try some – you will not be disappointed." - Bernadette O'Shea, Champagne Consultant, TWE

Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs 2008 - Available for $195

"Great elegance and finesse already on the perfectly brilliant and aromatic nose shows Pol Roger's 2008 Blanc de Blancs Brut, displaying white and stewed apples with fine citrus flavors and discreet chalky aromas. The palate is dense and citric, as if limes and lemons are squeezed on a chalky rock. The purity, power and intensity is as remarkable, as is the finesse and persistence of the bubbles, the mousse on the palate and the long, persistent finish. Dosed with seven grams per liter, this extraordinary Blanc de Blanc Brut tastes drier than the Réserve Brut, but reveals a perfect ripeness of yellow fruits. The finish is lovely aromatic and intense, but also clear, fresh, firm and absolutely stimulating. This is a great Blanc de Blancs from the Grand Cru villages of Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Avize and Oger" - 95 Points, Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate

---

Dom Perignon 2010 - Available for $430

"A firm and vivid Champagne with a precise, focused palate. Full-bodied and dry. It’s very layered and bright with light pineapple, peach, praline, cooked-apple and stone aromas and flavors. It’s very subtle and focused at the end. Integrated with richness and high acidity. Good depth. Reminds me of the 1995. Very clean. Solid. Lovely to drink already, but will age nicely." - 98 Points, James Suckling

---

Dom Perignon 2009 - Available for $450

"This is a DP that shows the ripeness of the 2009 vintage yet remains full of energy. Gorgeous aromas of cream, apple, mango, honeysuckle, and chalk follow through to a full body and super fine, tight texture. Dense and agile. Vinous. It’s like a top grand cru white Burgundy. Think Bâtard-Montrachet." - 97 Points, James Suckling

"Unbroken sun through August and early September helped to shape an idyllic harvest, on 12th September. Superb maturity of fruit in flawless health has produced a wine with wafting scents of both fresh and confit of spiced lemon and wild cherry. Despite the heat, the wine has freshness, vitality and length. Still a youngster, this will grow greatly by 2019. A more stylish son of the '03, and cousin of the slender and charming '06. Disgorged June 2016." - 96 Points, Decanter

---

Louis Roederer Cristal 2009 - Available for $590 (Limited availability!)

"Translusent, shimmering gold indicates a wine of poised ripeness; beautiful scents of orange blossom merge with sense of great chalky terroir. The purity and sublime texture of the mouthfeel owes a lot to non-malolactic winemaking which maintains freshness after the uninterrupted warmth of summer to harvest end. Also it also shows the essential true fruit now and for 20 years to come. Long lingering finish. A great supremely elegant Champagne." - 97 Points, Decanter

---

Krug Vintage 2002 - Available for $825 (Limited availability!)

"The much-anticipated 2002 has impeccable detail and depth with a lot of chalky, stony and flinty elements on the nose as well as a very fresh edge. The nose is very complex and wound up tight but presents itself as very integrated and compressed. There are aromas of lemon rind, lime juice and a lime custard all at once, complemented in turn by a super-restrained hazelnut-like edge. Undertones of brown mushrooms, chalky minerals and lemon leaf. The palate has a core of sizzlingly intense, concentrated chardonnay framed whitin a powerful phenolic structure that will underpin the future of this Champagne. Flawlessly fresh and as perfect as it gets. Give this time as it needs to settle: best from 2020 and then for another decade beyond." - 100 Points, James Suckling

"This is a fabulous wine from the greatest Champagne vintage so far this century. Still young, it blends almost equal amounts of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fleshed out with Pinot Meunier. The minerality and the rich apple and green fruits are balanced, and acidity cuts into the wine with a pure, perfumed line of freshness. The wine could be drunk now, but it will age well into the the 2020s. Cellar Selection." - 100 Points, Wine Enthusiast
