"A luminous amber wine bursting with texture and personality. With just five days on skins, this is a gentle expression of skin contact — enough to build structure and complexity while keeping the wine fresh, bright and beautifully drinkable. It avoids the overt funk or sharp phenolic edge sometimes associated with more traditional orange styles. Aromas of baked apple crumble, white nectarine and poached pear lead the way, followed by layers of honeycomb, dried apricot and a touch of orange zest. Subtle hints of chamomile tea and almond skin add quiet savoury intrigue. The palate is vibrant yet supple — juicy orchard fruit wrapped in soft phenolics. Fine tannins provide shape without dominating, and a gentle spice note lingers through a clean, saline finish. Textural but approachable, structured yet refreshing.
