"Bright mid-crimson in the glass with a flash of magenta. Lifted aromas of crunchy red plum and red berry fruits over hints of Medina spice, purple wildflowers, crushed stone, grilled fig, raspberry coulis, charcuterie and earth. It leans slightly savoury this year, with some toothsome chew to those fine, silty tannins, and I like its mid-weighted flow and drive on the palate, the flavours stretching out as it fades.
