Our Syrah is harvested with a ripe profile, acquiring unique and interesting characteristics derived from its aromas of olive and white pepper, finishing with black fruit such as blueberry and notes of charcuterie. A wine where the contribution of first- and second-use French barrels for 14 months adds complexity and complements its defined attributes.
