With 15-year-old Pixan rum, Francisco Barrenechea, Sergio Valles and Diego Martinez offer us a molasses rum aged in ex-Bourbon casks of great complexity.
Its nose opens with aromas of toasted almonds, notes of coconut appear and are enveloped in blond tobacco. The smooth palate evolves into flavours of stewed fruit.
