Slatnik is composed 80% of Chardonnay, 20% Tocai, 12 days on the skins. From one of the pioneering family of the natural wine movement, comes this biodynamic wine, quite complex yet you can't put your glass down. Rich orange, buttered rolls. Apricots with honey and a bit of pear to finish. Save this for years to come and expect it to soften and become more supple.
