"25-year-old Cabernet Franc (50%) & Merlot (50%) grown on Limestone over clay soil using organic and sustainable practices. Hand-picked in the cool of the morning, gently pressed, fermented in a stainless-steel tank. Transferred in bottle to finish fermentation. Riddled and disgorged by hand.
