"Showing prunes, red licorice, cigar box characters all typical of a wine made from grapes that in part, have shrivelled on the vine. This style on wine in Italy would be referred to as “Amarone’. The palate is awash with dried peach, raspberry, blackberry conserve and wood spice. There’s a fair whack of new Oak to temper the fruit. This will have some followers!" - Rusden, Winemaker
