"This Maturation Release Cabernet Sauvignon is the result of a small quantity of the 2018 vintage cellared at our winery for further maturation in bottle, and only released after careful assessment.
Cabernet Sauvignon is Coonawarra’s pre-eminent grape variety. Parcels of premium fruit are selected, fermented and then aged in French oak barrels to produce this full bodied and richly flavoured wine." - Winemaker Note
