Description / Reviews
"High-density, multi-clone, dry-grown Pipers River pinot noir; whole berry, wild ferment. Raspberry and wild strawberry fruit tones with red plum and a wisp of struck flint. Hints of undergrowth, medina spice, amaro herbs, Chinese barbecue joint, poached rhubarb, pomegranate, fennel tops and turned earth. Spicy with scattered mountain herb notes, a light gamey note, powdered rock tannins and a glutamic ache to the acidity. Such great drinking." - 94 Points, Dave Brookes, Halliday Wine Companion
