"Vintage 2023 was ideal for the low yielding old vine Shiraz sites of the Barossa Valley and Eden Valley. Cooler than average temperatures with later harvest dates contributed to vibrant complex flavours with typical concentration and ripe silky tannins. Vibrant dark red berry fruits dominate the aroma with hints of coffee bean and dried herb contributing to the complexity. Juicy ripe red fruits dominate the palate with background sweet spice notes and seamless velvety tannins enduring the length.
