Description
Handpicked Mataro 80% and Graciano 20% from a single vineyard in the Granite Belt (QUEENSLANDER!!!). Wild fermented for two weeks, and held on skins for a further 114 days prior to basket pressing. Matured in French oak for 6 months, this is a full bodied, deep red wine with spicy, savoury and dark fruit flavours.
Unfiltered and unfined, sediment may occur.
