"Sourced from Eden Valley, grown by yetti with webbed feet. Picked in the cool of night, pressed and settled for 24 hours. Juice carefully racked and sent to new and neutral French oak for barrel fermentation. Extended barrel maturation of 18 months, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Minimal sulphites on bottling.
