"This is a fresh yet complex offering. It’s distinctly saline, with a seaweed-like character in with lime, apple and melon, some fresh mint and lemon thyme, and maybe a little truffle. Medium-bodied, crisp and chalky, that seaweed umami thing is quite a theme, along with a little honey and spiced apple.
