// Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay
"Equal parts Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay, the name Triptyque signifying a wine from three vintages (2014, 2016, 2017), three grapes and three soil types: sand, clay and chalk. Golden Delicious apple ripeness, lots of earthiness and salt on the nose, followed by smokiness. Plum-skin phenolics bounce off an autolytic backdrop on the palate, which is generous and finishes bone-dry and salty. (Drink between 2023-2030)" - 93 Points, Anne Krebiehl MW, Decanter
