Made in the AOC Domfrontais region of Calvados in Normandy, France, Victor Gontier uses a high ratio of pear to apple, this older vintage bring a more concentrated aroma and a more mature drop. This expression is a 'farm-made' calvados, which means that it is made entirely on the farm.
