"Fermented on skins before being pressed to stainless steel. A very aromatic and perfumed wine with lifted orange blossom florals, musk, crystallised ginger and a hint of spice. Gentle tannic grip on the palate with a lingering must and ginger. A complex and aromatic wine - try his with cheese or a spicy Thai meal." - Winemaker Notes
