Sourced from ironstone soils on the Col Mountain vineyard, Toolleen, a site favoured by the winemaker for its minerality. Arrives with energy to burn in pale pink blush hues and lively scents of wild strawberry, cherry, redcurrant, high aromatics in rose and florals with spice. Super fresh and bright in acidity with a saline, mineral vibrancy embedded in red berries, musky florals and spice, with a hint of cherry pastille confection.
