"Crafted from fruit harvested at peak ripeness and matured in French oak for 12 months, this Sparkling Merlot was secondary fermented using the Charmat method for a fine bead and soft mousse. A touch of Vintage Port adds richness and length.
The nose shows plum, blackberry, and a hint of mint, leading to a velvety palate of juicy berries, liquorice, and a smooth finish. Refreshing now, with potential to evolve beautifully in the cellar." - Winemaker Notes
