"This champagne is elegant, sophisticated with great finesse. It has a floral nose of freesias & white lilies, leading to a palate of raspberry, new season cherry, white peach, nectarine & sweet limes. Also, some bush lemon & mandarin, pink grapefruit, kiwi fruit, little citrus lollies with fine powder, and a little touch of raspberry sherbet. There is a mineral streak and glimpses of crème brûlée, a puff of smoke and dashes of honey macadamia nuts, ahead of new season stone fruits & pear.
