A wine that demonstrates the diversity of flavours of the Riesling grape. Born from the idea of recreating the magic of the Champagne Grand Cuvée in a Riesling still wine. Achieved through assemblage, the method used by the great Champagne winemakers to harmoniously combine the complexity of different vintages in one bottle.
