"Shiraz sourced from 1993 plantings at the Greenock Creek estate in Seppeltsfield. Purpley hued and displaying all the requisite estate concentration. This wine, all macerated plum, blueberry and summer fruits, has a ferrous edge to its form along with layers of baking spice, blueberry pie, licorice and fruitcake. There is a perfume in the mouth too, a velvety slide of jasmine and violets, before it slides away with fine tannins and concentrated blue and black fruits." - 95 Points, Dave Brookes, Halliday Wine Companion
"There's nothing shy about this decadently flavored 2021 Shiraz Seven Acre from vineyards in Seppeltsfield with dark chocolate and fresh tar aromas with a rich vein of mocha oak. It's beautifully mouth-filling but also with a strong shape that holds firm. Supple particulate tannins provide a good definition to the lengthy and approachable finish.
