"Our bottle fermented Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir grapes (and hence the name Blanc de Noirs). The Pinot Noir we source for this wine comes from the old Seppelts Partalunga Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. This vineyard produces extraordinary fruit that not only has wonderful flavours for still red pinot noir, but when picked early retains its natural acidity which is a hallmark of great Sparkling wines. The new release 2022 Blanc de Noirs was disgorged in October 2024. This disgorgement is extraordinarily fresh and just jumps out of the glass. Slightly more weight and body then the fruity 2021 Vintage. A wine that will drink well now, in a year or many more." - Winemaker Notes
