Description / Reviews
"Complex style offering some richness too. Honey and nuts, white peach, lemon zest, oyster shell and salt. It’s dry and saline, some toast and nuts, with balanced acidity, a gentle grip to it, a light prickle of dense bubbles, and a saltine cracker finish of excellent length and dryness. Very good. It’s a style I like, savoury, but not at the expense of freshness and drinking appeal." - 94 Points, Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
"Delicate and racy with sweet lime, white pear and green almond aromas up front, although there’s some lemon madeleine richness tucked into the fluffy, gentle mousse. Narrow, pure yet not austere in style, it’s a zesty and ultimately refreshing, reductively styled blanc de blancs. From 12 crus of Chardonnay, with 30% reserve wine addition. (Drink between 2024-2028)" - 92 Points, Tom Hewson, Decanter
