"Complex style offering some richness too. Honey and nuts, white peach, lemon zest, oyster shell and salt. It’s dry and saline, some toast and nuts, with balanced acidity, a gentle grip to it, a light prickle of dense bubbles, and a saltine cracker finish of excellent length and dryness. Very good.
