"Straw-gold, bright and clear in appearance. A lovely bead in the glass forms a cortege of regular, delicate bubbles. On the nose, the Champagne offers magnificent, vivacious character. Citrus fruit aromas are followed by a cavalcade of floral bouquets, elderberry and vine blossom. Delicious brioche notes and the simplicity of lightly toasted bread and roasted almonds. Well balanced and harmonious on the palate, summoning flavours of brioche, together with crunchy cherries and the sun-kissed blush of white peach. Clean on the finish, with all the freshness of just-picked walnuts." - House Notes

"A superprecise, reductive style due to bright lime-peel aromas enhanced by chalky minerality with linden tree and yellow plums. Light-bodied, it has zesty acidity with pinprick bubbles, a tight-knit structure and a chewy yet very polished finish. Mineral-laden aftertaste." - 95 Points, Aldo Fiordelli, JamesSuckling.com

"Full golden colour suggesting considerable cork-age. This is confirmed by the bouquet which is lacking freshness but is full of toast, dried fruits and autumnal leaf-litter nuances. The wine is delicate and finely-structured on palate, with appealing dry balance and good persistence. The aftertaste is refreshed by the clean acidity and evidently quite low dosage. Very attractive non-vintage style." - 93 Points, Huon Hooke, The Real Review
