Scents and flavours of black pepper, tart cherry, maraschino, cherry elixir, light doses of jalapeno, sweet spice and toffee apple too. Fresh feeling, somewhat diffuse in flavour but has the mettle to keep a drinker interested in perky pinot well settled.
