"Ripe and acceptably fresh aromas are comprised mainly by white orchard fruit, acacia blossom and mineral reduction. The palate impression of the rich, opulent and creamy flavors is one of unctuosity as there is very good density though the sappy finish is both slightly warm and a bit woody. This is pleasant enough but not what I would describe as a typical St. Aubin." - Allen Meadows
