"Garnet red with variable intensity in relation to the vintage. Delicate and pleasant, it has raspberry and violet as predominant notes, with aging very refined secondary aromas are imposed. Elegant and complete wine, with a captivating harmony. It is advisable to decant it and drink it at a temperature of 18-20°C. A wine for the whole meal, it is at its best when combined with rich and tasty dishes, from fresh pasta seasoned with rich meat or vegetable sauces, to red meat dishes, grilled or roasted. Also excellent with cheeses, from soft to delicate blue cheeses." - Winemake Note
