Adelaide Hills vineyards at such elevations belong in a rarified group of extremely cool climate sites ideally suited to the Pinot Noir grape. Fair winter rains were followed by a mild summer. "The 2022 Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir has sandalwood and coffee grounds on the nose, with nutmeg, a hint of Ovaltine, black cherry and spice to boot.
