Sourced predominantly from 55-year-old vines in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune near Nolay, with a touch from Santenay, this rosé is made by direct press and aged in neutral oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Pale pink in colour, it opens with a delicate perfume of wild strawberry, rose petal, and crushed stone, underscored by a subtle citrus lift. The palate is finely etched, taut, mineral, and saline, showing brisk acidity, silky texture, and depth. It possesses serious structure and finesse, evolving beautifully over time.
