"Sourced via Pierrick's small negoce operation from growers farming on the left bank of the Serein river. Beauroy is a premier cru climat located just northwest of Chablis town, planted on classic Kimmeridgian limestone and clay. Vinified in stainless steel with full malolactic conversion and lees ageing, with a small portion seeing used barrel to add texture. The nose offers refined aromas of ripe pear, citrus and green apple over a stony, mineral backdrop. Light to medium bodied with a flinty mineral drive, creaminess on the mid-palate and a long, taut finish of citrus and wet slate.
