"Grapes are carefully selected and left to macerate in the press for 12 to 24 hours, allowing them to release all their aromas. Other grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 to 4 days, which gives them a smooth, rounded texture. They are then blended to create a wine with light tannins, delicate aromas, and a bright light-red colour. It's bright colour mirrors its aromatic palette: a vivid, light red with lively carmine highlights. On the nose, notes of small red fruits are complemented by delicate floral aromas.
