Sentio have gone from strength to strength these past few years, and the 2024's have proven there's no plans to slow down. What a chardonnay - focused intensity and drive found in abundance here, the fruit having been grown on red volcanic soils in the Upper Yarra. A creamy richness and pastry dough character permeates through the mid-palate, while the finish turns appropriately crisp and tropical, with plenty of nectarine, grapefruit, melon and an addictive waxiness.
