Tempranillo handpicked from the Granite Belt (QUEENSLAND!!!), bright and rich, with intense dark cherry flavours. Wild fermented with 40% whole bunch carbonic maceration and gentle hand plunging, followed by basket pressing.
No fining, no filtration.
