Description / Reviews

"The 2025 vintage was magnificent. Moderate warm days, cool nights and dry conditions throughout the Summer and Autumn, provided ideal ripening conditions. Healthy, vibrant and balanced canopies across all sites produced wonderful flavours, acidity and fruit quality. Glazed cherry, cinnamon and lilac with graphite-like undertones give way to a vibrant, elegant and finely structured Pinot Noir. The palate is defined by blackberry, plum and fresh earthy characters wrapped by silky ribbon-like tannins that glide faultlessly over the palate with a juicy acidity and sultry tones." - Winemaker Notes

"Deep-ish red with a slight tint of purple; briary, earthy and underbush aromas, a little new leather, with what seems like a faint hint of VA, the palate taut and refined, with firm tense tannins that suggest it will reward another year or so to fully unfold. Good intensity and the flavours delve deep in the mid-palate. Fine wine, which begs for more time." - 96 Points, Huon Hooke, The Real Review

"This is firm, grainy and well powered. It tastes of pomegranate and black cherries, peppercorns, twiggy/salty spices and toasted cedar, though everything feels well-integrated and basically presents as one. It’s a wine of excellent structure; there’s a lot of fruit flavour here but it still manages to feel dry and stringy. It’s very good. It has presence." - 93+ Points, Campbell Mattinson, The Wine Front
