Description
Two fantastic nights of champagne education - tantalize your tastebuds and experience exquisite aromas and textures while learning about that wonderful wine – Champagne! Eight non-vintage champagnes are tasted the first night to examine House styles, with eight vintage champagnes on show the following week to highlight the effects of different years. You will be taken on a marvelous trip through the great vineyards in La Champagne France. The classes are highly educational, but mostly they are fun and entertaining.

A bit about Bernadette -
Bernadette is a holder of the prestigious Vin de Champagne Award, which recognizes her knowledge of Champagne. For her services to the champagne industry she has been inducted as a Dame- Chevalier of the L’ordre des Coteaux de Champagne and was made a Dame Officier of the order in 2010 and in 2014 appointed a “Dame Chambellan”. In addition, Bernadette has been awarded the Diplôme d’Honneur Corporation des Vignerons de Champagne or St Vincent’s Award for her champagne teaching. She has also been invested with the Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole, a knighthood from the French Government for her work in the champagne industry.
