The 2019 Bellwether Tamar Chardonnay has just been released, matured in cool storage ready for your dinner table to wow your friends on the joy of cold climate Australian Chardonnay. 2019 was low yielding dry year, the perfect end to a growing season to deliver a cold climate Chardonnay with flavour andintensity of flavour. Hand pruned, hand picked, whole bunch pressed, full solids natural ferment in French oak puncheons.

Succulent in texture, a rub of chalky pucker in there, lots of tangy juice amongst the more stone fruit-leaning fruit characters. Feels complex, layered, potent and yet refreshing at the same time.
