"The 2020 Grand Cru Schlossberg Riesling Essencia is an undeclared Sélection de Grains Nobles. The clear and fresh nose is spicy and shows fir or spruce needles but also the salinity of the Schlossberg. On the palate, this is a generous, finessed and saline Riesling with vibrantly fresh minerality and tension. The finish is mouthwatering, savory and full of tension but also really sweet with 200 grams per liter of residual sugar. 150 liters made. 8.75% alcohol.
