"Barossa Shiraz from a block planted back in 1905, this is fermented in 500-litre vats with wild yeasts, before two years maturation in new French oak hogsheads. Under diam. Dark maroon, this also has an appealing, spicy and yes, even slightly peppery character. There are an array of flavours; red fruits, milk chocolate, licorice, raspberries, cloves, soy, a touch of axle grease and a flick of oak.
