Deep magenta/crimson with lifted blackberry, red and dark plum, black cherry, underlying hints of fine spice, cedar, plum conserve, gentle crushed mountain herbs, roast meats, some gentle black pepper, cocoa nibs, olive tapenade, crushed rock and a suggestion of tobacco.
