"For the first time we see the Huon Valley make its debut in this cuvee, completing the trio of southern valleys. A beautiful little site called Riverbell became availble to me, and I jumped at the opportunity. Classically so cool down there, we had the luxury of a lovely warm season to kick off working with this site. This version is richer and plusher than the previous, and that grunt, maybe surprisingly is driven by the Huon component. All parcels were handled in a similar way, small amounts of whole bunch in each most (around 10% overall), lightly handled and pressed off early. The blend of valleys is around ⅓ each, 11 months in oak." - Winemaker Notes
