"From one site in 2025, Blackwood Estate in Cranbrook. All whole berry ferment, with 7- 10 days on skins. Gently worked during ferment, pumpovers early and hand plunged to finish, pressed off whilst still warm. A little lighter in weight, prettier version this year, but always showing that graphite, soil driven tannin we classically see in this area." - Winemaker Notes
