Description
Double distillation in a copper pot still.
Aged in old Calvados barrels and spent three years in old Tokay barrels.
Dark amber color.
The nose offers a complex and exuberant bouquet with notes of currants, dried apricot, honey, and baked apple.
The palate is expressive and frank, with good length. Notes of walnut and hazelnut on the finish.
