"Distinct brine and Manzanilla-like character, ripe lemon and green apple, yeast and flowers. It’s dry and saline, the texture is firm and chalky, there’s a thirst-slaking bite of acidity, a lovely tickle of delicate bubbles, and a steely dry finish of excellent length. It makes me fancy a gilda or three." - 94 Points, Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
"This will be hard to find but, should you do, you are onto something special. Super austere, super long, chalk and lemon, salts, pith. Incredibly direct, dry, long, pure, intense, tense sparkling wine. So much dynamism. This is a wine for the true sparkling believers." - 94 Points, Campbell Mattinson
"A sparkling blend of pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier, base wine from '21 and '22, tirage June '22, disgorgement June '24. Pale straw with a fine, energetic bead and mousse. Sinewy and briny with green apple, grapefruit and lemon fruit notes and a lovely manzanilla-like top note. Hints of crushed shell, proving dough, white flowers, ozone and lemon shortbread. Sapid and lip-smacking with a great briny driveline, finish dry and thirst-slaking with a sherbet and lemon slice blast on the exit." - 94 Points, Dave Brookes, Halliday Wine Companion
