"A sparkling blend of pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier, base wine from '21 and '22, tirage June '22, disgorgement June '24. Pale straw with a fine, energetic bead and mousse. Sinewy and briny with green apple, grapefruit and lemon fruit notes and a lovely manzanilla-like top note. Hints of crushed shell, proving dough, white flowers, ozone and lemon shortbread.
